After upgrade to SBM 10.1.4.x, the user may see this error printed on the login screen after attempting to login to SBM . Transport Error: 403 Error: Forbidden If you check the SSO-IDP.LOG located in [SBM INSTALL DIR]\common\jboss405\server\default\logs, you will see the error below.

After installation, upgrade or rehost, DA users can no longer login. This applies to configurations using SBM for SSO. Attempting to navigate to the login page gives an HTTP 403 Error - forbidden

To fix the problem, first, determine which 403 error number is occurring. To do this, enable IIS logging for SBM as follows:
