Only peadmin account can see the "Manage Users" screen even if you are in the administrators group.

If a TeamTrack Administrator logs into the TeamTrack Administrator console via " Remote Connection to Web Server", AND that Administrator is a " Managed Administrator " with privileges to manage specific user groups, when that Administrator edits a Transtion it can change choices made in the Group Restrictions tab. Specifically: - Transition "A" has Group Restrictions set so that only "Engineers" and "Engineer Managers" have privileges to that transition

If Users who have the Managed Administrator product access level are unable to 'logon as a different user'. They receive an error that flashes quickly and then they are immediately logged out of their SBM session and are brought back to the logon screen.
