- assign the legacy form to State A and the modern form to State B - create two quick transitions - one from State A to State B ( Legacy Form Off ) and the other from State B to State A ( Legacy Form On) - Deploy the process App and submit an item (which now displays State A)
The default goal should be to ensure that no form is a Legacy form. If it is not possible to uncheck Legacy then the next best option would be to rebuild the form with Legacy turned off .
