CMS-XML Dim: How to tell which Dimensions users are idling out rather than logging out?
If you use the AdminConsole to see the Connection Pooling Statistics, processes that are listed as " idle " have achieved idle_timeout and they have not yet achieved session_timeout. This may be because a user has incorrectly exited the client, or it may be because a user answered their phone and is not actively using Dimensions for a few moments. There is no way to tell.
CMS-XML DIM CM: DLDB command gives error 'Users are still connected to this schema - aborting'
Restart the Dimensions listener, as this will then kill off all the idling / zombied processes completely. (It may be difficult finding a convenient time if you are running against a Production environment).
CMS-XML Dim12.x: When trying to perform a deliver, an error "COR1900117E Error: A delivery initiated by 'userid (user email)' is currently in progress for stream 'streamid' might occur
b) If users chooses to just kill the dmappsrv process then log into the adminconsole and click on Connection pooling statistics on the right side. The pooling statistics will list all sessions active for the server, the user the session is for, and the process ID for that session. Look for the userid on the left and then find the process ID for his active sessions.
