SBM rewrites the /jsonapi/ format to the alternative format using the IIRF.INI file located in the root of the website. Errors will occur if something happens to change this IIRF.INI file.
You can also copy the url into the "Configure URL" portion of the rest grid widget in Composer to populate the rest grid. The attached .msd file illustrates using this url as well as adding a text box to dynamically change the rest grid using an input parameter.
