Image loading is negotiated exclusively between IIS and the Browser, and any redundant image loading is governed by the IIS configuration and/or the Browser's caching preferences, not by TeamTrack. Please see the resolution for IIS and browser setting to ensure optimal performance.
The two images in the default state forms for Active and Inactive are not the best images. Customers have called asking why their form won't finish loading . These images are causing confusion because they are animated images that look like the one you would see when a page is loading thus the customer thinks the form hasn't finished loading when in fact it has.
