CMS-XML Using email response with required memo or journal field doesn't stop transition when nothing in email body.
You map the field to the Body of the email. When the email is sent as a response but there is no text in the email body then the " required " field isn't stopping the transition when the body is blank. Expected behavior is that the body of the email is blank which is mapped to a required field which in turn should stop the item from transitioning.
CMS-XML Dim10: TTDMSyncService stops when creating a TT request with unmapped mandatory fields
On the Dimensions side we do not have these fields defined. So when synchronizer comes across a new Dimensions Request, it (synchronizer) attempts to create a corresponding TT Issue; but it cannot because the mandatory fields are empty! As a result an error is generated and often the synchronzier will stop logging and appear to hang.

CMS-XML What does the required field indicator mean on the Timesheet Settings | Detail Configuration screen?
This seems to indicate that these fields are required by the end user to fill in but what it really means is these two fields are required to be on this form. In other words you can't remove the fields from the form by moving them to the left. There is a known defect in our system where if you change the investment type on this screen the * indicator that this is a required field goes away.
