CMS-XML SDA: How to associate an Agent/Resource with an Application
Once an application is created and the processes are configured, you need to tell SDA which agent will be used to run the process. Typically, a different agent is used for each environment (i.e. dev, qa, prod).

Go under Management > Application > pick that application > pick the environment > Component Mappings > add the resource . The agents in this list are the ones you added during step 1.
