A customer is attempting to use the rexx HLLX cursorField option to force users to input data into a field on panel CMNDPUP1 during package create processing (exit point PCRE01PU). The HLLX is processing everything properly except for the cursor field. They wish to return to the USR0801/userVarLen801/061 field but are unsuccessful.
Customer on ZMF v8.1.2 is trying to use HLLX REXX code to prevent users from selecting the option ‘User Variables’ on promotion panel CMNRPM03. Testing shows if the option ‘User Variables’ is selected it will display panel CMNUSV1 then return the user to CMNRPM03 with the customer error messages from the HLLX REXX code. Customer wants to stop the user on CMNRMP03 without first displaying CMNUSV1.
A customer has enabled HLLX BULD0004 to execute pre-stage job submission processing. However, after doing so the following messages are no longer issued to the user :
To explain, in the situation described above, if a user enters panel CMNRPM03 and presses the <enter> key without selecting one of the available options they will be issued with the following ISPF error messages: Enter required field/Enter required field at the cursor position. This is issued because we have failed the following VERify on the &ZCMD variable:
