CMS-XML Version number not incrementing and causing " The given label has already been assigned to one or more of the design elements" error on deploy
This is caused by the version name label not incrementing to the next unique value. The version name label increments based on the information that loads in the "Publish history" tab that displays in Composer when you select the Process App level in the left frame. If that does not load due to it getting timed out, the increment does not happen which will result in the above error.

From 11.4.1 (and 11.5) onwards, you may see a message similar to this when re-deploying from Composer : The given label has already been assigned to one or more of the design elements The issue is that the Version Name (e.g My ProcessApp 1) has not been updated automatically (in this instance to My ProcessApp 2).
CMS-XML Composer gives error "The design element does not exist. The process app that contains it may have been deleted from the repository"
When opening a specific process app from the Repository, it gives error:
