- Once on the submit form , enter some text in the journal field. Make sure the text contains an apostrophe.

If you have a Form Action on a Transition form that tests a Binary Field set as a Checkbox that is Read Only doesn't evaluate to true when it is Checked. Workaround is to make it a "drop down" Binary field instead of a checkbox.

There is an issue in a Process App that contains an External Form for another application. In the various forms used in the Service Manager application like Service Desk, Knowledge Management etc you may want to add or remove transition buttons or move items so they show in the "More Actions" flyout menu. In the example below you may want to move the "Escalate" button so it shows in the "More Actions " menu.
CMS-XML Form action to set image with "Perform a transition" does not work on legacy forms
If you use the form action of "set image on an image control" for an image that has the behaviour configured as "Perform a Transition" then the form action does not change the image. If the image has the behaviour as "open url" then this works. Problem is only on legacy forms and not modern forms .
