If a project has archives that do not exist (red-x) with paths are File Server based, look like UNC paths and the "\\server\share" portion of the path cannot be resolved via the OS, then Version Manager incurs unnecessary long delays showing the list of files because it is incorrect trying to access these files via the OS.
