CMS-XML ZMF4ECL: Checkout to personal lib fails for renamed component
If a new SRC component has been staged into a package using the ISPF ‘stage from development’ (1.6.1/S1) option, renamed in the process, and not subsequently built, an attempt to check it out to a personal development library in ZMF4ECL will fail . This is because the dialog references the original member name, not the renamed SRC component. The following type of message will be returned if the user attempts to continue the checkout request:
CMS-XML Failed to validate process app because one or more design elements cannot be loaded **OR** Load attempt failed for design element
This can be caused by a using different versions of Composer for development on a process app. For instance, if a developer using Composer 10.1.2 checks a process app with changes into the repository, then another developer uses Composer 10.1.1.4 to check out an work on that process app, these errors can be received. All versions of Composer must be the same as the SBM version on the server.

You are then prompted to perform a test. While this is not essential, it is useful to check if there are any other unforseen problems. The first test will always fail with the message:
CMS-XML Binary/Trinary fields cannot be set to "Required". Form Action "make field required/optional" does not list binary fields. Deploy fails with "failed to validate and cannot be deployed" after an upgrade
Add the 3rd or "Trinary" option to the field. Then, set it to something like "Unknown" or "None", for example. Then, change the Form Action to check for the value of "Unknown" or "None", and give a message that the field must be updated.
