Dimensions provides flexibility in the choice of email templates and customized email templates. When properly configured, these can be configured to allow searching a number of directories in order for the desired template.
When you send an email from an item and then click on the "To" a second window pops up that you can use to search users or put BCC on etc... The title of this window is hardcoded as " Search Users" and needs to use a string so that it can be translated.
When an email dialog is opened in Firefox, clicking the Find button will by default highlight the found users. If left as-is, all these users will be set as recipients of the email, even if not moved over to the right-hand box. This does not happen in Internet Explorer, where the found users are not highlighted.
Some emails do not get processed by the mailclient and shows the following error in the mailclient.log. Error: Couldn't find the ttid substring in the subject line.
Two issues: 1) upon clicking " Find ", the left-hand list is not only populated, but all entries are selected, and 2) the email is sent to everyone selected in the left-hand list even though the right-hand list is empty.
