When you send an email from an item and then click on the "To" a second window pops up that you can use to search users or put BCC on etc... The title of this window is hardcoded as " Search Users" and needs to use a string so that it can be translated.

When an email dialog is opened in Firefox, clicking the Find button will by default highlight the found users. If left as-is, all these users will be set as recipients of the email, even if not moved over to the right-hand box. This does not happen in Internet Explorer, where the found users are not highlighted.
