Steps to reproduce: - set up a notification to allow email responses to transition an item (as described here http://help.serena.com/doc_center/sbm/ver11_4_1/app_admin/ttwa_zcs_ email _ responses .html) - subscribe a user to the above notification
Using email responses user gets email "Failed to process email response " or gets a response with nothing in the body at all and the item doesn't transition.
