CMS-XML Merge stream into project: new item not related to request belonging to project
At the moment the process model forces the developer to relink all newly uploaded item revisions to a request using the 'In Response To' relationship type, for all projects . To make the developer's job easier it would be useful if item revisions could be uploaded without having to reattach them to a request, purely for streams. However, when you merge a stream into a project, even when specifying a request, the items are never attached to the request (unless you have refactoring turned on).
CMS-XML Web Service: getRequests doesn't return items that related to another project
Steps to reproduce: 1. Set as default project for example STREAM_A. 2. Open other stream - for example STREAM_B but don't set is as default. 3. Create a new CR request in this stream.
