When the recipient of an email approval message clicks the URL to approve or reject a request, that user is not required to log in to transition the item; instead, the responses each contain a unique expiring token that is embedded in the URL, which grants the recipient the ability to execute the quick transition. The approval's email process is required to send request to the system and it should not consume the license.
Note the following: threshold.field is used for field names from the e-mail body like "Title" (if this is set to -1 then the whole functionality is turned off (see note below). threshold.user.displayname is used for a user's display name like "Administrator"
