If you are using the Method of E-mail Response that requires the user to use the " Reply To" feature of modern E-mail clients rather than the Buttons or direct login from the URL link then fourth bullet point does not apply.

In SBM 11.2, e-mail responses fail if you pass a parameter after the tag without a space after the comma. When attempting to execute a transition via this feature the following error message appears in the ns.log :
