Generally, the above error occurs when we have multiple or incorrect locks in the database table of djq_servicelock . Here's how to see what is in the table. 1. Log into DMDBA as your basedatabase user similar to the following:

- sqlplus <dbname>/<password>@<sid> DELETE FROM DJQ_SERVICELOCK ; - start the Dimensions listener
CMS-XML Dim12.x: Deployment: Unable connect to database + Failed to lock database + Failed to connect to database
In some cases, you may also need to clear the djq_servicelock table as well. To do this, do the following:
