In Desktop Client on a Baseline in a current project with a build configuration associated with it and that has an item related to it, right click and click Deploy. Note that the 'Start build after deployment' check box is unavailable (grey out).
When upgrading from Dimensions CM 14.x to 14.3.2 or 14.3.3, the upgrade command will perform a 'path version' upgrade of all projects/streams and baselines . This portion of the upgrade can take significant time to complete for large databases.

In the Serena perspective under datasets folder all of the commands are enabled including Submit XML as seen previously. In the ZMF Applications/ Baseline folder, Relink and Recompile are correctly disabled , Checkout is incorrectly disabled and Rename and Scratch are incorrectly enabled.
Note that the Move and Detection section from the User Guide states: "This additional functionality is only enabled for projects and baselines providers, and only if no more than two derivatives are specified." In the case above we are making sure the providers are indeed either Projects or Baselines.
