How do you change the email address for the from user on scheduled reports from NotificationServer@serena.com to something else?
1) Read it from the "Default from address " setting specified in SBM Configurator (Mail Services -> Notification Server -> From and Reply-To Addresses ). If it is not specified there:

The "from" user is configured in Configurator under Mail Services. Update the options in the "From and Reply-To Addresses " section.

Blocking 'Out of Office' Replies from being entered through the Mail Client
On the TeamTrack side, the configuration of the e-mail box cannot use the "Error Template." You would end up bouncing e-mails back and forth from the out of office reply back to Failure to submit TeamTrack item. Until the "Out of Office" reply was turned off.
