From desktop client select Cross-Projects / All projects and then select only one project. Now click on the project to select it and try to sort the item list on the right. You get: "the view has been created from some or all of the content...."
1. In Web Client add a new directory item to Dimensions 2. You will notice that the item and chdoc views show no more objects in them This is fixed only when you log out and log back in again to the web client.
When a report is run in the user interface, all items are returned. When you send the report via Scheduled Report , you may see only some of the records (1000 for Excel or 200 for PDF reports ).
DEF109281 Merging projects - all items are related to the top design part even if there are no roles assigned to the top design part. This problem has been recreated in Dimensions 7, 8 and 9 also.
The "View All Items " privilege is ignored for notifications if the privilege is only granted to a user via a group that inherits the privilege from a role. If the user is added to the role directly, the privilege is honored and he or she will receive the notification.
