Is on a named branch that remotely owned e.g. the item has been replicated (see Replicator User's Guide). Is in the Dimensions OFFLINE state (see ART User's Guide). Is a Dimensions IPD.
The file Readme_CorruptedArchiveUtility.txt has instructions on how to run the utility. Although the utility only accepts a single revision library path, it will recursively go through the entire directory tree, looking for delta .d files.
