When creating a multi table report and selecting the deleted user option in the search filter, the query returns no results. This works as expected when creating a listing report.
-A user can be deleted while still owning items. -A deleted user is not really removed from the database, just flagged as deleted -An item owned by someone no longer with the company can result in that item falling through the cracks.
If a role is assigned to a user it can be deleted. This should not be possible as it then prevents to delete the role assignments. Deleting a role should also delete the role assignments automatically.
The name of the report also identifies the user who created it. See screen shot below. There is also a video attached demonstrating how to find and delete these.
