Example: VSS date of 15/03/04 was displayed as 03/03/05 in Version Manager when the customer's date/time locale was set to UK English. So if the format 15/03/04 was (mis)interpreted as MM/DD/YY, then this is the 15th month, 3rd day in 2004, which has been converted into the 3rd month (15-12) in the year afer: 15/03/04 => 03/03/05.
