Another test to see if you're in this position is to open the Application Repository and see if you see the following error HTTP Status 403 Forbidden If you try to open the Work Center interface you might see the following error
The Triggers 'Triggers' may be stored in the Repository, but is not currently available because you are working offline. To view this part, you may first need to connect to the repository where it is stored. Message 2)
Check that your webserver (e.g. IIS) is running and you can logon through the end user browser. Mashup Manager / Application Repository authenticates through the application engine web services and requires it to be available.
2. Login to msp connector as that user. 3. Check out a msp connected task plan make a change and check in. 4. It will get to the point where it's trying to upload and then give "Unable to Connect to Document Repository" and the file will remain checked out.
On the Details tab (called "General" in older versions), verify that the URL and the Runtime URL are valid. If you are unsure, edit the environment and use the Test Connection button to verify.
Select the Application Repository and Event Manager tab Check the box to 'Use SMTP Mail Server for the Event Manager and Application Repository '. Enter the connection information for the SMTP server used by the Event Manager and Application Repository.
