Workaround would be to execute initial Transfer stage. Then update the <$DM_ROOT>\ CM \ Migration \console\ Migrations \"project"\migdata.xml file with same userid (most likely DMSYS) that would have sufficient permissions in all areas on the server. Then execute the Gen, Execute, and Validate stages.
