CMS-XML When an asset that is checked out and then deleted it remains marked as locked in the repository.
When an asset that is checked out and then deleted it remains marked as locked in the repository. This causes an issue when using patch context as example below and there is no way to remove the lock . Example to reproduce:

To identify what is checked out select the asset in Composer and then select "Version History" from the home ribbon bar The asset that is locked will be identfied by an entry in the " Locked by" column. To unlock this open the mashup by "label" from the respository and perform an "undo checkout".
