RLC: When attaching a ZMF Change Package as a Release Package Deployment Unit, Application says "Loading..."

As part of the Release Package, you can add Deployment Units (called "change packages" in ZMF ). After the user enters some or all of the application name in the Application Filter field, the system will query ZMF for a list of Application and then populated the drop down list. Instead of returning the list of application, the field may say "Loading..." and never come back.

There appears to be no way to find a list of packages attached to an ERO release using the beta RLM 5.0.1 ALM-ZMF web services. In ZMF you would do this using the PACKAGE.GENERAL.SEARCH XML Service.

Obtain the hotfix that corrects this problem from Solution S141693. The solution contains a further description of the problem and an attachment containing the fix. Failure to install this hotfix on your ZMF 8.1.1 tasks will lead to lost component versions during the baseline and backout functions.
