Changing the license server host from RM Manage - or anywhere else - requires administrator privileges as the hostname is stored in the registry. To workaround this issue - RM Manage must be run 'as an administrator' by a user with system administrator privileges. To change the registry, find the registry location where the license server host name is stored, e.g., Software --> Wow6432Node-->SerenaSoftware-->License
