Changing of SBM templates is not supported and is generally discouraged unless the modifier has an extensive knowledge of the product's browser architecture. However, you can customize the look and feel of the application engine such as modifying the page logo.

Change the number of pixels for the height and width to match the actual size of the custom logo you're using. Save the changes Go back to the System Administrator and perform a "Put files into database" from the file menu.
