CMS-XML SBM: When checkin or deploy from Composer, get error: Cannot restore an asset that has not been deleted
SBM: When checkin or deploy from Composer, get error: Cannot restore an asset that has not been deleted
CMS-XML "Cannot restore an asset that has not been deleted" error for the icons when trying to check in a process app
To work around this issue, first export the process app to a file if you do not already have an .MSD file for the process app. In Composer, go to the primary table where the icons are being used and set the overrides to "(None)" so the icons are not being used.
CMS-XML Cannot restore an asset that has not been deleted.
When a Mashup defintion is deleted from Mashup Manager, Mashup Manager does not correctly return the status of that asset as being deleted (only that it does not exist). Subsequently Mashup Composer attempts to create the definition as new when publishing the imported mashup. The workaround is to not use the Mashup Composer publish functionality for the first publish after deleting, but rather to export the definition from Mashup Composer, and manually load the file into Mashup Manager directly.
CMS-XML Possible to delete an asset when locked in label context by another user.
This can result in the following error when "Check In" is attempted. "Check in attempt failed. Cannot restore an asset that has not been deleted ."
CMS-XML Do backups happen with Projects on Demand and am I able to restore a project if it gets deleted accidentally?
The Projects on Demand system is backed up regularly but is done so on a system wide basis for system failures and disaster recovery. If you are concerned with certain projects we recommend logging into the planner and exporting the project every once in awhile for backup purposes. In order to restore a project later you can Import the same file that was exported.
CMS-XML 2009Rx / 12.x : RAMA deletes file in item lib shared by 2 baselines
Due to the fact that I2#1 is also in baseline B2 then user was expected the file to not be deleted. In order restore item I2#1 a RETRIEVE of the full baseline is requied, not just the item. Is there a way to avoid this situation?

CMS-XML Some documents are missing after a deleted investment is un-deleted.
The deleted files should be in the Deleted Files folder (Recylce bin, etc.). - restore the files to a safe location and then go into PE - re-upload them to the un- deleted investment. Obviously, if the recycle bin was cleared, then they would be out of luck.
