Support tested as well; So, to be clear, if you have an upload rule of abc%.xyz it is only recognised when using Desktop Client when the file you are loading is in the working location specified for the current project
When trying to add an item from the webclient, the following error message can appear: No type specified and no upload rules match this file. Steps to reproduce: 1- Create a linux folder (on your computer).
2) Running 'Deliver' from the Desktop Client or from Windows Explorer will throw an error if any files matching the exclusions exist in the work area. Even though the error occurs, the command still performs the delivery for all the other files (even if you tell it to abort).
