CMS-XML Login attempt to SBM 10.1 Application Repository fails with no error message
If a user attempts to log in to the SBM 10.1 Application Repository and they do not get an error message while the "Sign In" button remains disabled, this could be caused by the gsoap virtual directory in IIS not being accessible or the wrong URL being used for sbminternalservices72. This will write an error message in the "sso-sts.log" located in the "Program Files\Serena\SBM\Common\jboss405\server\default\log" directory.

When you attempt to login to the Application Repository you see an error "Internal Server Error (500)" Look for the following errors in the followng two files on the SBM server. C:\Program Files\Serena\SBM\Common\jboss405\server\default\log\server.log
CMS-XML Application Repository shortcut button in Composer loads a 403 browser error when clicked
When you click on the Application Repository shortcut button in any 10.1.5.x version of SBM, it will initially load a 403 error in your browser, but simply refreshing the page will allow the Repository login page to load. This might only occur in a non-SSO environment.
CMS-XML After upgrade to SBM 10.1 and above, I am getting an "Authentication Error" when connecting to the Application Repository
After upgrading to SBM 10.1 or above, you may get the following error whilst trying sign on to the Application Repository (previously known as the Application Administrator):
CMS-XML Error 403 or (500) when trying to load Application Repository, or SBM Composer error "No compatible tokens found on the request".
