Submitting a new item in the customised Process app within Serena Request Center (in the normal UI works as expected), there is a problem when using the "Add File" feature. Once you have completed the fields in the "submit transition" and clicked on the "Action" button and "Add File", when uploading the file, for some reason all fields are blank resulting in a loss of all the information that was entered.
There may be occurrences where the submit (or update) from for an Auxiliary table displays without the OK and Cancel buttons . Usually, when you close the form and retry the problem goes away. A defect has been submitted.
