In the Desktop Client perform the following 1. Select a baseline from Find Baselines results 2. Select all the items in the baseline from the Related Items pane
Create a user with no roles and don't assign him to any groups Ensure the "download files from baseline " privilege is only set to "Object is in the user's inbox or user has current role". Also ensure the the "browse item" privilege is granted to all users.
Creating a baseline from a workset that includes an item with multiple revisions in the root of the workset, enables the user to select these revisions via the revision drop-down box in the baseline item window. This is wrong and can cause items to be omitted from a get baseline command.
