In this case, this has been solved by deleting the cache generated by eclipse/RSA in C:\Documents and Settings \user\Local Settings \Application Data\javasharedresources.
Instead LIB_PATH is being set. User will need to check dmgvar.sh. If this file is setting LIB_PATH, then modify it to set LD_LIBRARY_PATH instead, this should fix the problem
