If the customer feels this is not happening, we would need to know the file extension he is using, so we can check the list of built-in Asset Types to see if Mover thinks this is binary or text. We have made a small modification in SBM 10.1.2.1 to read the list of fonts from a properties file on the Notification Server. All Windows fonts that we use are listed in this file , and administrators now have the ability to modify this file and add new fonts as needed. The external names may not only be unreadable, but can get broken (if there are any double-byte characters at all, and) if other external names appear to be the same or conflicting to the OS. So for the external file and folder names it may be best to first rename them to low- ascii (i.e. English) characters so that they could be read by either Japanese or English operating systems.
