Login to the SBM Application Administrator web interface. Click on the Environments link in the Deployment Section Open the Environment you wish to pull the Global Mashup from.

There can be two different global mashups checked into the same Mashup Repository . If you deploy both global mashups into the same environment, the design elements of both are merged into a single global mashup.

Creating a promotion profile or promoting a snapshot for the Global Process App in the Application Repository has to load the entire list of users in the entities and it can cause slow performance or hanging in the browser if the environment has a very large number of users. In most cases, telling the browser to wait will eventually complete the action and allow for the completion of the entity selections.
