8.2 What’s new in ChangeMan ZMF 6.1.1 8.2.4 DD Statement SERLOAD Added for SERXMLRC SERXMLRC, the REXX client interface to XML Services, now checks for a SERLOAD DD statement before it executes the standard search order of TASKLIB, STEPLIB, JOBLIB, and so on for load a module. This gives customers an easy way to control the version of ChangeMan ZMF programs that are executed in ISPF environments, where dynamically altering library concatenations is difficult or impossible.

ZMF4ECL: Problems creating new package components
|
A customer has reported the following issues when attempting to create new package components in the ChangeMan Explorer view running ZMF 4ECL 8.2 Patch 3 Hotfix Build 512 (issue persists in ZMF 4ECL 8.2 Patch 4 GA Build 539): a) when creating a new package component of a library type that contains a relatively large number of baseline components (e.g. c.60,000) the request hangs for a significant time and eventually fails with the following error in the customer's environment:
