This was one time issue when running SBM 11.3, the customer promoted from TEST to PROD and they see this issue below, in order to resolve this they did any undeploy and re-promoted the issue and that resolved it. See error details below:

When looking at the "All" section, the "My Activity" view can be setup to show feeds from multiple applications. If one of those applications is later undeployed , editing the "My Activity" view will give error:
