This only happens on certain transitions and only on Work Center. If you are logging in to workcenter with url http://servername/workcenter , try http://hostname/tmtrack/tmtrack.dll?shell=swc instead
If you use the form action of "set image on an image control" for an image that has the behaviour configured as "Perform a Transition" then the form action does not change the image. If the image has the behaviour as "open url " then this works. Problem is only on legacy forms and not modern forms.

Since 6.6.1.02 you always get an "Invalid URL" error if you use the CreatePrimaryItem with TT as the consumer. Recreate using the sample database import the ttwebservices.wsdl and create a new transition in the Change Request workflow to do a CreatePrimaryItem. This works with the 6.6.1 GA wsdl.
