When upgrading from Teamtrack to SBM, in Configurator, when you click on the Apply button to apply the settings, you get a message to upgrade the database by going to the Database Components tab and clicking on the Upgrade Database button. However, the button is not available on the Database Components screen.
When TTS license is not available the incident table and projects are correctly not visable through the administrator. The incidents solution workflows are visable though and should not be. This does not affect the browser.
When attachments are being stored in the file system on a network share which is not on the web server, getting attachments via web service calls may not work. Using a function such as GetFileAttachment will result in an error: "Exception: Could not read file attachment '\\servername\folder/file.txt' for table <tableID>, item <itemID>'" This attachment is correctly stored in the file system, and users can access the attachment via the TeamTrack web page.
Customer is trying to carry out an export of Teamtrack report data to MS Excel 97 as per the instructions on the Teamtrack client online help,but all they get is the Teamtrack login page exported to excel an none of the actual report data.
