The reason to leave so much unallocated memory is because each oracle user's session require additionnal system memory for the session's process, this is true for both Oracle and Dimensions. The absence of roolback segment is normal, since Oracle 9 the default was to use the automatic undo management set with these two parameters: undo_management=auto
