CMS-XML After upgrade SBM 11.4.1, unable to log into Repository or connect via Composer

CMS-XML SBM: Error "HTTP Status 404 - Not Found" when trying to get to the Work Center login screen AND the Repository login screen (Nothing written to Tomcat logs)
With this use case, you may notice several problems: Both the Work Center login and the Repository login screens give a 404 error.
CMS-XML SBM: Can log into Work Center, but Repository gives error: HTTP Status 412 – Precondition Failed
In this example, the stick session was turned off on the load balancer. After this option was turned on, the Repository was working correctly.
CMS-XML SBM: Logging into Repository gives error: "org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; Premature end of file."
Make sure the correct role services are selected. Be sure to reference the Installation Guide in the section called "Pre-Installation Checklist" for your version of SBM as this could change between versions.
