CMS-XML SBM: How to update the built-in My Kanban boards
STEP 1: Configure the view to be an Admin view instead of a System view NOTE: Beginning in SBM 11.8, any user with the Remote Administration permission can edit these views without runing the SQL steps described here. Get a list of all the system My Kanban feeds:
CMS-XML SBM: Calendar setting on repeat notification is ignored
Workaround: Be sure you have a good back up of the database, and run the following SQL : update TS_NOTIFICATIONS set TS_REPEATCALENDARTYPE = TS_CALENDARTYPE where TS_REPEATCALENDARTYPE <> TS_CALENDARTYPE
CMS-XML SBM: Different users get different result running reports with Advanced SQL
One user created a report which included an Advanced SQL filter. When other users (who don't have the "Create/Modify Advanced SQL filters" privilege) run this report, it appears that the Advanced SQL portion of the filter is ignored.
CMS-XML SBM: Orchestration does not run and server.log gives "query did not return a unique result"
In the past, we have fixed async orchs by deleting and recreating the Event Map to this orchestration in Composer. For sync orchestrations, try adding or updating a description on the orchestration itself. Be sure to redeploy after any changes.
CMS-XML SQL Order of Operations with SBM API
When the API uses a function that queries the database, the function doesn't control the order of operations for the query , the SQL query dictates the order. These are the SQL query order of operations that should be taken into account when using the API functions: 1. FROM clause
CMS-XML Error "You do not have permission to create a search specification beginning with @WHERE" when running SQL Pass-thru reports
SBM 2009 R4.03
CMS-XML Installer fails with "PPM Reporting feature is dependent on SQL 2008 R2 Reporting Services" if running SQL Report Server 2008 R2 SP1
[Pre-conditions] Install SQL Report Server 2008 R2. Go to windows update and run the update for Service Pack 1 [Repro Steps]
CMS-XML Minimum privileges required for the Microsoft SQL user to the SBM database

CMS-XML SBM: Multi-table report only reports on one project when using QAR advanced SQL
- the report results in preview shows all items from Incidents and Changes - save the report and run it, untick the "Limit selections on this page using field dependencies and project selections" and search and select the CI Expected results:
