HTTP Redirect doesn't work for Request Center

HTTP redirect of URL from http://serverName to http://serverName/tmtrack/tmtrack.dll?shell=srp on IIS doesn't work. It seems to work fine initially in that the login page comes up , but when user logs in they get the following error message : "Error Getting Catalog : Internal Server Error".

Notification links go to the SBM view not the ALM shell view
