Cannot use the VM I-Net Web Client with Firefox, Chrome or Edge when running VM 8.6.0 or older

Users of PVCS Version Manager 8.6.0 or older have no problem opening the VM I-Net Web Client from Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11), but when they try to open/access this client via Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox, it opens for a moment and then shows a " NOJRE " error similar to:

This is caused by accessing the 8.2.0.0 VM I-Net server with a pre-8.2.0.0 applet. To resolve this problem, users must first install the new applet by going to the Web Client Applet install page on http://ServerName /vminet_install.html
