When delegating a request the following error might show (including spelling mistake): PCC1900008E Error: Request QLARIUS_CR_5 cannot be delagated to its owning site

b) In dmprofile, NLS_DATE_LANGUAGE is set as follows : export NLS_DATE_LANGUAGE=FRENCH c) A request type has a date attribute called PRIME_DATE and its default value is defined with $TODAYS_DATE symbol d) When creating a request of this type in February, the attribute PRIME_DATE is then filled automatically with the value of today (for example "02-FÉVR-2015 10:31:28") and the creation of the request fails with this error :

When user tried to action Request they recieved the following Error. Action Request - COR0005670E The request AV_DCR_1 has releted items that are currently checked out, therefore it cannot be actioned. Looking in the 'Relate/Unrelate' window user can see all related items and none of them are in the checked out state
