Removing the value for USER DN, and restart Tomcat. The login should now work provided the rest of LDAP is confgured correctly.

b. Once found run the following from a command prompt: ldapsearch -v -R -h <LDAP_HOST> -b <LDAP_BASE_NAME> -D "<LDAP_BIND_USER>" -w <Password for Bind User > "(sAMAccountName=<username of Dimensions user >)"
